Artur Makes Cream Of Mushroom



Mince two shallots.
Sauté it in a big pot.
Wash the mushroom well.
Chop it coarsely, put it in the pot.
Add two can of chicken stock.
One cube of Knorr chicken bouillon mix.
In another pan put some butter for the roux.
Mix it often until changes color to golden yellow.
Cool it off, put cold milk in it, mix it and put it in the soup.
Flower to the Flower or get some parsley.
Chop it, goes into the soup also.
Put some heavy cream in the soup.
Looks good.
Prepare some crouton.
Call the kids.
They better like it because this what they get now.
